Everything Tastes Better Aboard a Selene

If you’ve ever attended a Selene Rendezvous potluck or cruised with Selene owners, you’ve probably noticed that our captains and crews take food seriously.

Everything Tastes Better Aboard a Selene

In the video linked below, we step aboard Selenes ranging from 36 to 60 feet to see how owners and their friends use their galleys to prepare meals for themselves and their guests.

Aboard Selene 54 Kallisto, Cindy Covington shows us that even choppy seas won’t stop her from cooking a full breakfast—and baking fresh bread.

On Selene 60 Koinonia, Roseanne Tilden demonstrates her favorite recipe for Parmesan ranch salmon fillets, made with salmon she and her husband caught in Alaska.

Finally, we board Selene 36 Santosha, where guests Katherine and Ken walk us through how they prepare and grill asparagus wrapped in prosciutto - while owner Chuck Roeham entertains the group with his amazing banjo playing.

While the menus may vary greatly from boat to boat and region to region, nearly every Selene owner will tell you the same thing: their Selene offers ample cooking and storage space, plenty of inviting places to sit down for a meal, and some of the best scenery imaginable.
